Welcome to Powder Room Beauty! My name is Angelina. I am a Licensed Nurse and a 5x certified Permanent Makeup Artist. I provide my Powder Brow services and Lip Blushing as well as Inkless Stretch Mark Revisions and scar revisions. I truly have a passion for making women feel beautiful and I hope to continue to do just that. Am I a candidate: •Must be 18+ •Not Pregnant-if you are breastfeeding I must be notified! •NO GUESTS: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contamination. Drivers may wait in their car, drop you off and pick you up. (Translators are allowed) •If you are on Accutane, or have taken Accutane you must be off this medication 1 year to be a candidate. •If you are prone to cold sores/herpes, I must know immediately. Lip blushing can create stress on the lips that can trigger a flare up. •48 hours to your appointment please AVOID caffeine, alcohol, blood thinners, ibuprofen, and aspirin as these can effect your healing. (DO NOT DISCONTINUE chronic medications unless discussed with provider) •NO facials, chemical peels, etc.. 3 weeks prior and 3 weeks post procedure. •NO filler/Botox/ cosmetic procedures 3 weeks prior and post. •If you have previous tattoo/microblading a picture MUST BE EMAILED OR TEXTED before booking your appointment.(if you arrive to your appointment without clearance I will cancel your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of your appointment) •Prior work MUST be 50% faded & cleared by your artist •Prices are subject to change without notice. No exceptions. ❗️Please note: Appointments MUST be confirmed. If appointment is not confirmed atleast 3 days prior when confirmation reminder is sent, appointment will not be guaranteed. •CASH/DEBIT or ZELLE ONLY will be due the day of appointment no exceptions. •A valid debit card (must be valid) is placed on file for holding your appointment slot. You are not charged upon booking for full service until after services are completed. •I require a deposit of $100.00 and MUST be received within 24hrs of scheduling. Your deposit applies to your total cost at your initial appointment (Deposits are not transferable & non-refundable) •IF A DEPOSIT IS NOT MADE WITHIN 24 hours of your booking, I will cancel your appointment until deposit is received. Your appointment is not confirmed until deposit is received. •A rescheduling fee will be charged of $50.00 for appointments that are rescheduled less than four days to your appointment. •If a reschedule is made less than 24 hours or day of appointment a 50% charge is required to rebook. (Fees collected for this will be transferable.) • DEPOSITS ARE COLLECTED FOR ALL SCHEDULED appointments! •Multiple rescheduled and or cancelled appointments will result in 100% charge of your appointment. I do not allow or condone “rescheduling to avoid penalty, to later cancel” all policies will apply to this! Fees for rescheduling do apply to all reschedules. NO-SHOWS: •NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% and forfeit their appointment fee and deposit. A no-show is considered not showing up to your appointment, or arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged for your appointment and a reschedule will be offered. TOUCH UP’s: •Permanent cosmetic enhancements normally require multiple application sessions. To achieve the best results, you will be required to return for at least one touch up session if this is your first appointment with me. •A required Brow touch up session will be scheduled after 6-8 weeks from your initial appointment. Lip touch ups are 8-10 weeks (This is not included in your initial cost) •Please understand that if you have prior work including Tattoo, Microblading, Lips or Powder brows your results are not guaranteed. CANCELLATIONS: My cancellation policy requires 4 days advance notice. This means if you cancel less than 96 hours to your appointment a penalty will be applied. If you cancel more than 4 days prior (more than 96 hours) to your appointment this is to be considered a cancellation of no penalty. If you choose to cancel less than that you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS: No-Show is to be considered anything after 10 minutes late to your appointment. If a cancellation is made the day of appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee. If a cancellation is made less than FOUR DAYS in advance to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.
